What your business gets
These features switch on when you pick this activity at sign-up (within your plan); turn any of them off or add others whenever you like.
Made for this business
Sales reps & routes
Reps with their vans and custody, routes of customers by day, visits with their place, invoices from the van at the customer's prices, and collections.
Requests for quotation
Several suppliers asked for prices, their offers compared line by line, the best ordered in one step.
Landed costs
Shipping, customs and insurance of received goods billed to their payees and spread onto the goods’ cost.
Lots & expiry dates
Stock kept by lot with expiry dates, sold first-expiry-first-out; expired stock is never sold and you are warned before it expires.
Invoices paid online
A pay link on invoices, the receipt page and the customer portal: the customer pays by card through the business’s own card gateway and the receipt voucher is recorded by itself.
Cheques
Cheques received and issued (cheque books), held under collection or payable until the bank clears them; bounced and returned ones.
And everything else your business needs

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Does it support sales reps and routes?
Yes. Each rep has a route, customers and targets, and invoices and collects from their phone, even offline.
Can I manage more than one warehouse?
Yes. Each warehouse has its own stock, goods move between them by recorded transfers, and each one can be counted.
Does it track lots and expiry dates?
Yes. Goods are received with their lots and expiry dates, the oldest sells first, and items close to expiring are flagged.
Is it compliant with ZATCA e-invoicing?
Yes. The system supports Saudi e-invoicing phase 2 (integration): each till is onboarded with ZATCA’s Fatoora platform, and tax and simplified invoices are issued with their QR code and reported or cleared by themselves.
