What your business gets
These features switch on when you pick this activity at sign-up (within your plan); turn any of them off or add others whenever you like.
Made for this business
Service orders & pick-up
Take items in for service (laundry, alterations, repairs) with a ticket and a promised time, mark them ready and hand them over.
Customers' devices
The device on a repair order: model, serial or IMEI and the fault, and each device's repair history.
Service staff & commissions
Who did each service (at the till and on service orders), a commission rate per person or per service, and the commission report added to payroll.
Requests for quotation
Several suppliers asked for prices, their offers compared line by line, the best ordered in one step.
Landed costs
Shipping, customs and insurance of received goods billed to their payees and spread onto the goods’ cost.
Serial numbers & IMEI
Each unit by its number: received with its numbers, the cashier picks the very device and its number prints on the invoice, a return brings back that device, and a search by number shows who bought it, when, and what is left of its warranty.
Buying used items
A device a customer sells to the business: into stock with its number and cost, paid from the drawer or a money account, with the seller's ID.
Buy now, pay later (Tabby, Tamara)
The customer pays in instalments through the business’s own Tabby or Tamara account: a link and QR code at the till, captured once approved, refunded on returns.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Does it track each device by IMEI?
Yes. The serial number or IMEI of each device is recorded when it is received and sold, so you know who bought it, when, and what is left of its warranty.
Does it handle device repairs?
Yes. The device is taken in on a repair ticket with its fault and condition, and followed until it is handed back with its parts and labour.
Can I buy used devices from customers?
Yes. A used device is bought with its number and condition, paid for or taken off the price of a new one, then put on sale.
Is it compliant with ZATCA e-invoicing?
Yes. The system supports Saudi e-invoicing phase 2 (integration): each till is onboarded with ZATCA’s Fatoora platform, and tax and simplified invoices are issued with their QR code and reported or cleared by themselves.
