Made for this business
Requests for quotation
Several suppliers asked for prices, their offers compared line by line, the best ordered in one step.
Landed costs
Shipping, customs and insurance of received goods billed to their payees and spread onto the goods’ cost.
Invoices paid online
A pay link on invoices, the receipt page and the customer portal: the customer pays by card through the business’s own card gateway and the receipt voucher is recorded by itself.
Cheques
Cheques received and issued (cheque books), held under collection or payable until the bank clears them; bounced and returned ones.
And everything else your business needs

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can I sell in more than one unit?
Yes. An item sells by the piece, the carton or any unit you set, and stock converts between them by itself.
Can I sell to contractors on account?
Yes. Each contractor has a price list and a credit limit, and you follow what they owe, their statement and the cheques received.
Does it handle quotations and delivery?
Yes. A quotation becomes an invoice, and the delivery is recorded with its date and the site address.
Is it compliant with ZATCA e-invoicing?
Yes. The system supports Saudi e-invoicing phase 2 (integration): each till is onboarded with ZATCA’s Fatoora platform, and tax and simplified invoices are issued with their QR code and reported or cleared by themselves.
